Our Commitment
- Our organic gardens are a testament to our sustainable ethos. Nourished by natural glacial water and fertilized with organic compost from neighbouring cows – our dairy suppliers – our gardens thrive without harming the environment.
- We’ve also implemented a closed-loop system, where kitchen waste is recycled back to the cows, and composted to enrich the soil.
- This approach ensures the freshest, organic produce for our kitchens, while supporting local ecosystems.
