We explore the Ladakhi snacks served on our high teas and picnics, which offer a unique way to experience the local culture of the region.
Khura, traditionally made for Ladakhi new year, along with homemade whole wheat cookies, are served alongside our in-house herbal teas. For the hotter months, we have a spiced sea buckthorn juice, or a refreshing and calming chamomile iced tea, all made using produce from the Kyagar farms. Soft and chewy sun dried apples, paired with roasted barley grains complete the high tea experience
